copy of a memorandum by the

Superintendent of the Botanical and

Forestry Department regarding the

question of reorganising and expanding

the forestry side of the Department.

Imperial Forestry Institute has been

consulted in the matter and I enclose

for your consideration a copy of a note

received from him commenting upon the
